There is this cute little blond boy, with lots of personality. He enters my second grade classroom. He is a spitfire and gives me a run for my money. Right behind him is a cute, fiery, hilarious mom! Teachers are not supposed to have favorites. But, if I did, this cute boy just might be one of them! 

With each new family that enters my classroom, I never know who they will be. I do know that it will be my job to teach them to read, write, and understand math. It will be my job to show them the way. But, I never know where it will go from there. Will they be a family that is just simply not my "cup of tea?" Will I not be theirs?

Or, will they end up having a very special place in my heart like the {C} Family? Families like these are hard to come by these days. These are families who understand your sole purpose as a teacher. Families who support your purpose as a teacher. Families who take their role as the parent very seriously. Families who love you as a teacher. And, families who keep you smiling and laughing while being their teacher. 

I am forever thankful for people like you guys! I hope we have a forever friendship- XO
