I was blessed with the opportunity to attend a workshop with the one and only, Julie Paisley. She is the beautiful lady behind the lens at Julie Paisley Photography!! I was in Heaven when I received the invitation. She is my all-time favorite photographer; a chance to learn from her is a dream come true!
I always see her plastered all over the internet with all of the amazing things she does in the photography world. She always has a big, warm smile on her face. As soon as she started walking up to the group of us ladies waiting to meet her, she greeted each of us with her always-there warm smile and a big hug. I was in awe of all her sweetness, cute Tennessee accent with many "y'alls" flying around, and adorable personality! I couldn't believe I was actually sitting right next to her, hanging out at a Starbucks!! Ahhh! Completely star struck!
Julie gave us the sweetest gifts that were wrapped in the cutest little burlap bags. She gave us cute little note pads, which is beyond perfect for the nerdy teacher in me, cute hair ties to keep our hair out of the way, and a yummy Goo Goo Cluster, which represents her home town of Tennessee -adorable, right?
Julie took us through how the workshop would work. Since this was my first (but definitely not my last) workshop, I was all ears. We all jumped in our cars and headed for Lost Dutchman State Park; I was in awe of the beautiful Superstition Mountains. I have never been there before and do not want to wait long before I head back there!
When we arrived, we were greeted by the gorgeous lady behind S & S Event Design, Katie. Katie styled the shoot for us. Her and her husband graciously modeled for us as well. They were STUNNING! There was a table lined with beautiful decorations, flowers, and of course a beautiful bouquet! The florals were created by Posies Floral- GORGEOUS!! They added so much to the pictures!
When we got started, I was so amazed to be watching one of my favorites, making her magical memories right there in front of me. SUCH a blessed moment for me! After watching Julie, she had us jump in to make some memories of our own. Here are some photos I took of the gorgeous couple.
But first, here is Julie making her magic happen...
