Every year I take the boys out right before school starts. It's my chance to get some updated pictures of my handsome boys, so I feel completely A-OKAY with passing on those horrible school pictures that come around in September! I also started a tradition about 4 years ago where I ask the boys a series of questions. They tell me their favorites and what they want to be when they grow up! I absolutely LOVE to see how they change year-to-year!

This year we took out the cousins and a friend to join in our shoot! We had lots of fun on a rooftop in some wind!! We went at sunset. And, what was super amazing is that the sunset changed colors many times. We even had some blue skies before the storm started heading in! It was a success!

My youngest is the same age as my youngest niece and they are the BEST of friends!! I love pictures of those two cuties together! They will be in different classes this year. It will be their first time separated since preschool. Major adjustment!!

My oldest niece and her bestie are heading to high school this year. They will also be separated, going to different high schools. I will miss seeing her on our elementary campus.

Total plus... my niece had lost her top two teeth and is the cutest TOOTHLESS Uncle Lou!!!
